These Terms apply to your use of localadsguy.com and to text messages from Local Ad Guy, a brand of Rocket Remodels LLC ("Local Ad Guy," "we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to texts, you agree to these Terms.
SMS program terms
Program: Local Ad Guy application and appointment messages.
What you'll receive: transactional text messages about your application, call scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you become a client, onboarding and service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional texts about service openings in your area.
How you opt in: by checking the transactional SMS consent box and, optionally, the separate marketing consent box on our application form and submitting your mobile number. Each is optional and unchecked by default.
Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit our application form or opt in to text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and apply to work with us. Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
No guarantee of results
Results shown on this site, including lead counts and costs, come from specific past clients and campaigns. Advertising results depend on your market, budget, offer, follow-up and other factors, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Any service terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, logos and videos, belongs to Local Ad Guy or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Ad Guy and Rocket Remodels LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
