This Privacy Policy explains how Local Ad Guy, a brand of Rocket Remodels LLC ("Local Ad Guy," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit localadsguy.com or submit our application form.
Information we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect your name, company name, mobile phone number, and your answers about your trade, annual revenue, service area, monthly ad budget and how your company responds to leads. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, through cookies and similar tools including the Meta Pixel and analytics services.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to review your application, contact you about it, schedule and confirm strategy calls, send appointment reminders, and provide our services if you become a client. We use technical information to operate and improve the site and to measure our own advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the transactional consent box on our form, we may send you text messages about your application, call scheduling, appointment reminders, and onboarding and service updates. If you also check the optional marketing box, we may send occasional marketing messages about service openings in your area. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, website hosting and analytics providers, under obligations to protect it, and when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your application, provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by that law, except as described for the Meta Pixel, which you can limit through your browser or ad settings.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
